The thirteenth Festival National des Arts d’Ahwach closed on 25 October 2025 in Ouarzazate. Over three days, troupes from several regions of the Kingdom followed one another at Kasbah Taourirt in performances that combined traditional song and dance with projections and lighting.
The programme included scientific seminars on safeguarding the oral heritage of Ahwach and workshops for young people and children, in particular on making traditional instruments. Troupes announced for the second evening included Chebab Aït Ben Haddou, Ahwach Tissint, Ahwach Aglgal, Aska Aoulouz (Taroudant) and Afouss (Aït Baamrane).
